Fully enclosed houseboat with stairs leading to upper deck. MicroPro Sienna™ pressure treated post and railings in choice of stain with metal spindles and solar lighting. Upper sun deck finished with dek-master® waterproof membrane.

V-Groove wood siding in choice of colours. Two entrance doors, 2 sliding doors and 9 windows. MicroPro Sienna™ pressure treated lumber decking on front and rear deck, with composite wood edging around perimeter of dock. Shore power hook up, interior lights and receptacles come standard in Houseboat models.

The main frame is supported by the most durable and heavy-duty floats available, made by Techstar Plastics Inc. Polyethylene and foam filled, environmentally friendly, and resistant to gasoline and wildlife and carry a 10-year limited warranty.
