There were three detailed quotes submitted. Floathouse was not the least expensive, but had by far the best structural materials and a thorough understanding of the conditions affecting our lake system.
We were extremely satisfied with the quality of our dock, their workmanship and the timely fashion in which it was built and installed. Having had it now for three summers and stored it for two winters (in the lake), it's still as if it were new. It's structural integrity has exceeded our expectations. We've had several compliments on our floating dock in particular to its strength and durability.
